1. One of the facts presented by this website is: "Slave holders use many terms to avoid the word "slavery": debt bondage, bonded labor, attached labor, forced labor, indentured servitude, and human trafficking." Why do slave holders call "slavery" something else? How does this hinder the abolition of slavery? Explain in 3-4 specific sentences.
2. Where are the majority of slaves from? Why do you believe slavery is more prevalent in these areas as opposed to the United States? How does this compare or contrast to where the slaves came from in Haiti back in the 1700s? Explain in 3-4 specific sentences.
